Model: 1.0

Wireless charging plastic shells are electronic precision plastic structural components, widely used in smart digital products such as desktop vertical wireless charging, magnetic wireless charging, car wireless charging, and portable wearable device wireless charging bases. The products are made through high-precision injection molding, with structural optimization for wireless charging magnetic induction, heat dissipation space, magnetic fit, and internal circuit adaptation. With precise dimensions, high flatness, and controllable deformation, they are core precision plastic components for high-end smart fast-charging devices.
This series of enclosures primarily utilizes ABS, ABS+PC, and PC flame-retardant materials, supporting various appearance processes such as high-gloss, frosted, etched, and IML (In-Mold-Lamination) decoration. The products exhibit high integrity, with no air bubbles, shrinkage, or burrs on the surface. The flatness and assembly tolerances are strictly controllable, allowing precise matching with internal components such as coils, magnets, heat sinks, and PCB boards, thus avoiding issues such as assembly interference, magnetic attraction loosening, and abnormal charging heating.
Relying on precision mold technology, the wireless charging plastic shell features low warping, high consistency, and adaptability to mass production. The structure supports mainstream designs such as ultra-thin bodies, curved surfaces, screw-free buckles, sealing and dust prevention, and is compatible with 5W/15W/30W/50W high-power wireless fast charging models, as well as multi-in-one wireless charging devices for mobile phones, headphones, and watches.
Based on customer drawings, samples, or functional requirements, we can provide one-stop services including structural optimization, mold opening and injection molding, appearance customization, flame retardant modification, and color customization, to meet the needs of high-quality appearance, precision assembly, and long-term mass production of consumer electronics.
