When testing many plastic molds, there is always a tricky problem: the edges and corners of the product are charred, the surface is blackened, there are bubbles, or the filling is incomplete. Repeatedly increasing the injection pressure and speeding up the injection rate not only fails to improve the problem, but even makes it worse.
